Multi-Association Negotiations Training

UCON's credibility and influence ultimately stem from the decisions, vision, and policies set and driven by UCON's contractor leaders. It, therefore, follows that our future successes will be determined by how well we train and develop our next-gen leaders to carry the industry forward, especially as so many of our experienced industry leaders and negotiators retire.  

In service to this point, UCON will partner with a nationally recognized union negotiations consulting group to lead a 2-day training for up to 30 contractors in Q4 2023. Most notably, UCON will invite other associations to send key negotiators to participate in the training to create greater cohesion and skill across all contractor negotiators, regardless of association affiliation.
