Victor Sella

Victor oversees labor relations advocacy, contract negotiations, and support services to UCON’s contractor members across the state. By providing labor, operations, and human resources consulting to our members, Victor gets the satisfaction of resolving people’s problems and improving contractors’ abilities to get work done and stay competitive.
