AI Fundamentals for Construction (Oct)

  • October 20, 2026 12:00pm  -  1:00pm PDT
  • This course introduces the core concepts of artificial intelligence through a construction lens. Students learn what AI is, how it already exists in construction workflows, and why it matters now. The focus is removing fear, building understanding, and creating a foundation for confident, practical use in daily operations.

This interactive Zoom session includes breakout rooms and hands-on learning. Please be prepared to have your camera on and actively participate.

The class is limited to 30 participants and will not be recorded. If the session reaches capacity, a second session will be offered on October 27.

    What Will You Learn:

    • What AI is (in jobsite language)
    • What AI is NOT (no, it’s not replacing your crew)
    • How AI actually works (input → output logic simplified)
    • Understanding control: prompts, tone, and output direction
