AI for Meetings, Notes & Action Tracking

This course focuses on capturing and organizing project communication. Students learn how AI can summarize meetings, identify key decisions, and track action items. The goal is to improve accountability, reduce missed information, and ensure that discussions turn into clear, documented next steps across the project team.

This interactive Zoom session includes breakout rooms and hands-on learning. Please be prepared to have your camera on and actively participate. 

The class is limited to 30 participants and will not be recorded. If the session reaches capacity, a second session will be offered on September 29.

• Meeting capture tools (Fireflies, Otter)
• Turning notes into: Action items, Responsibility tracking, Follow-ups
• Introduce “accountability loops”
