AI in Scheduling & Planning

This course demonstrates how AI can assist with project scheduling and planning. Students learn how to analyze sequences, identify potential delays, and improve timeline clarity. The goal is to support better planning decisions, strengthen coordination, and provide tools that help align schedule expectations with real-world project conditions.

This interactive Zoom session includes breakout rooms and hands-on learning. Please be prepared to have your camera on and actively participate. 

The class is limited to 30 participants and will not be recorded. If the session reaches capacity, a second session will be offered on December 1.

• Building simple schedules from scope
• Identifying sequencing issues
• Delay thinking (early exposure)
