Build foundational leadership skills tailored to construction—from decision-making to motivating diverse crews.
This three-session leadership series is designed to build strong, effective leaders from the inside out. Participants begin with an overview of leadership styles and identifying their own approach to leadership. The series then moves into Emotional Intelligence in Action, where participants learn how skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and social awareness directly impact leadership effectiveness—competencies increasingly in demand in today’s workforce. The final session, Building a Culture of Accountability without Burnout, focuses on how leaders can establish clear expectations, address performance gaps, and maintain high standards while respecting capacity and sustainable workloads.
