Leadership Essentials for Construction Professionals [3-part series]
Build foundational leadership skills tailored to construction—from decision-making to motivating diverse crews.
This three-session leadership series is designed to build strong, effective leaders from the inside out. Participants begin with Leadership Essentials, gaining an overview of leadership styles and identifying their own approach to leadership. The series then moves into Harnessing the Power of Emotional Intelligence, where participants learn how skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and social awareness directly impact leadership effectiveness—competencies increasingly in demand in today’s workforce. The final session, Solutions to Resolve Workplace Conflict, focuses on the communication side of leadership, equipping participants with practical tools for navigating difficult conversations, practicing active listening, de-escalating conflict, and solving problems constructively in the workplace.
