Leading and Managing Change

A leader’s job is to make tomorrow better than today. Leaders drive improvement, making positive change a central part of their role. Leaders must constantly challenge the status quo to drive growth and innovation.
But as leaders move people from point “A” to point “B,” people will resist the change – even if the changes are improvements – because change is uncomfortable.
This sets up a dilemma: If a leader’s job is to improve and change things, but people resist the changes, how can a leader be successful? This workshop answers that question and focuses on a leader’s role in bringing about positive and productive change that everyone can get behind.
