2025 UCON PAC Fundraiser Events
The UCON Political Action Committee (PAC) is our collective power to defend every member and protect the greater industry.
The UCON PAC is instrumental in electing pro-build, pro-industry candidates who staunchly support union-signatory contractors and is a powerful resource to support state and local ballot initiatives crucial to our industry.
Why Your Participation Matters:
The UCON PAC has paved the way for some of our industry’s most critical policy and funding wins, including securing over $100 billion in local, state, and federal infrastructure funding to build and maintain our roads, bridges, highways, utilities, water infrastructure, hospitals, parks, schools and more.
Our concerted political efforts have led to significant legislative victories, including:
- Reducing retention rates on public works to 5%
- Successfully defeating extreme environmental regulations including the reversal of certain California EV mandates
- Securing the market share for union-signatory contractors for fire clean-up work across the state
- Protecting union-contractors from PAGA abuses
- And so much more.
These achievements underscore the power of collective action and the critical role of the UCON PAC in safeguarding our industry’s future. We can’t do it without you.
