Robert Murray is the Associate Director of Learning & Development at United Contractors (UCON), where he leads the leadership development strategy and professional development programs to enhance industry growth from field teams to executive leadership for UCON's 800+ members across California.
He brings more than 10 years of experience across talent and organizational development throughout the food industry and has built global corporate universities for thousands of employees based on principle-centered leadership.
Robert holds a BA and MA in Economics from California State University, Fullerton, where he later returned as an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Development & Change and Training & Development. He is driven by the belief that time is our most precious resource, and by helping leaders and teams invest their time doing great work.
