Refund Policy: For a full refund of your event ticket, please submit a written cancellation request to Luke Hardy, lhardy@unitedcontractors.org one week before the event (by January 23). After January 23, name changes can be made to tickets, and cancellations can occur, but refunds are no longer eligible.
