AI for Communication & Documentation

This course teaches how to use AI to improve communication and documentation quality. Students learn to draft emails, reports, and project updates with clarity and professionalism. The emphasis is on reducing miscommunication, maintaining accurate records, and strengthening communication across project teams, stakeholders, and departments.

This interactive Zoom session includes breakout rooms and hands-on learning. Please be prepared to have your camera on and actively participate. 

The class is limited to 30 participants and will not be recorded. If the session reaches capacity, a second session will be offered on September 15.

What Will You Learn: 

• Adjusting tone (field vs client vs executive)
• Translating technical → client-friendly language
• The “AI Team” concept (multiple roles working together)
