Developing a Strategic Plan that Actually Does Something

  • August 06, 2024 12:00pm  -  1:00pm PDT
  • Strategic planning plays a critical role in achieving organizational goals. However, many struggle to turn these plans into tangible outcomes. These plans are either far too stuffy and reserved for executive board rooms, or they lack the simplicity and clarity to be effectively implemented.  We believe that any good strategic plan should fit on a single page and be easily translated by those who weren’t in the room when it was drafted. With this guiding belief, participants will be able to craft a strategic plan that has the teeth to make a difference in the short-term and long-term of their team or organization.
