2026-2029 OE3-UCON Master Agreement Summary of Modifications Now Available
Important update for UCON members signatory to OE3
Following up on our previous notice, the new 2026-2029 OE3-UCON Master Agreement for Northern California was ratified by all bargaining parties. UCON’s Summary of Modifications provides the bargained changes, including the economics. This agreement will go into effect at the expiration of the current agreement, on July 1, 2026, with the exception of the economic increases which will go into effect on June 28, 2026.
A special thanks to our Co-Chairs, Catherine Moncada of Granite Construction Company and Rich Gates of Desilva Gates Construction, who represented UCON and the industry in the process of early negotiations for an extension. We also want to express our appreciation to industry peers from AGC who volunteered their time and expertise to represent employers in these negotiations.
