Safety News: Resources Available for Mental Health & Wellness

1 in 5 Construction Workers struggle with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
Take time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote mental well-being. The construction industry continues to experience some of the highest suicide rates among all professions. There are resources available to assist your employees who may be struggling with work-life issues and/or may need support for emotional health and well-being, including resources from your unions.
Construction Safety Week has also added mental health resources to its website for information.
