United Contractors has a number of Industry Liaison meetings where we partner with Public Agency and Owners to discuss issues facing the industry and changes in the Public Works environment. United Contractor members are encouraged to attend and get involved with these group whether you currently perform work with them or are interested in doing so in the future.

  • Los Angeles Metro Committee

    The LA METRO Committee serves as a platform for members to provide input and ideas on existing jobs and future Bidding of Jobs for our contractors.  The committee meets every three months on the 2nd Wednesday to review, analyze and provide input on working with LA METRO.

  • SF City Contractor Liaison Committee

    The San Francisco-UCON Liaison Committee was established to provide a forum for contractors and City agencies to improve business relations. The committee meets quarterly at City Hall and actively engages with DPW and other agency officials at the highest levels to provide key industry input. Topics include local hire requirements, safety updates, upcoming bidding opportunities, partnering, payment procedures, specification updates and more. Come make your voice heard.
