Core Business: Labor Relations

We have some BIG news to share. In 2026, UCON will launch our very own Labor Negotiations & Leadership Boot Camp. 

The purpose is to create a top-tier class of the next-generation of negotiators, trustees, and labor-management board members ready to lead bargaining, trusts, and industry boards across the state now and for decades to come.  

This first cohort will gather in early Q2 2026, when they will take a dive deep into negotiations mechanics and best practices, and develop a skillful understanding of union agreements, political dynamics, and industry trends and opportunities. Most importantly, this group will form the foundation of the strongest network of industry leaders across the state. Ultimately, this will be a platform for current and next-gen leaders to grow themselves and their companies, and take the leadership positions that determine the future of our industry.
