As Senior Advisor, Agency Relations, Anna serves UCON in a contracted role while continuing to lead Carno Law Group. Anna represents UCON across key state and local agencies, driving solutions, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring contractors have a strong voice where decisions are made.

A respected construction attorney with more than 25 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in agency policy and regulatory matters. She is a trusted advisor who understands contractors’ real-world challenges and works relentlessly to solve them.
