Understand where you are in your career journey. Figure out the roadblocks to achieving your goals, and build a plan to overcome the roadblocks, so you make yourself indispensable and build a rewarding career.
This is a two-part session taking place on August 2 and August 9 from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm each day. The class takes a deep dive into preparing the work in process schedule and how these schedules can provide value to many segments of the Contractor’s business. The goal is to create a tool that expands further than just financial reporting.

The Safety & Insurance Committee provides the membership with information on safe operations in the industry, increases preventative safety programs, and reduction of liability expenses. The committee monitors and advocates on OSHA issues and develops new safety products for the membership.
