Construction is a team sport. To succeed, leaders must understand how to build and lead high-performing teams that execute safe, high-quality projects on time. This session teaches leaders the mindset that leads to high-performance, how to achieve excellence by identifying and improving the execution of their most important tasks, and how to teach their teams to achieve consistently high performance on every project they build.

Becoming a leader doesn't happen overnight; it is a process of learning and growth, both personal and professional.

Although the early days of a new leadership position can be stressful, it is key to both the individual and the organization that they are successful.

In this course, you will learn some of the issues that confront new managers and how to meet the goals of becoming a successful team leader.

Participants will learn how to navigate the challenges of leadership, build strong teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.

Employee Experience (EX) can be confusing, overwhelming and complex.  That said, companies that are investing in EX outperform those that do not.  Not only are they able to attract and retain great talent, they experience fewer safety incidents, decreased absenteeism, and increase in customer loyalty and profit.

This workshop will draw on scientific research around what makes a person influential. It will explain the factors that go into influencing others and provide tips for building on those factors. A clear connection will be drawn between influence and leadership, and how you can lead others regardless of your title or rung on the hierarchy.
